Terms of Use
Last Updated: October 15, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the 1313 Travel Co. website at: https://1313travelco.com including its pages, content, forms, and features (“Site”). The Site is provided by 1313 Travel Company, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“1313 Travel Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “You” means the person using the Site.
Please read these Terms before using the Site. When we present these Terms for acceptance, selecting an acceptance checkbox or otherwise expressly accepting them confirms your agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit information through it.
The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 to submit an inquiry, request services, or schedule a consultation.
2. Website Information and Travel Services
The Site provides information about our travel-planning services and allows you to contact us, submit inquiries, and access a third-party scheduling link when available. Browsing the Site, sending a message, requesting information, or scheduling a consultation does not confirm a booking or create an agreement for travel-planning services.
Travel-planning services are governed by our separate client agreement and travel terms and conditions, together with any documents incorporated into that agreement (“Terms and Conditions”). These are provided to you for review and acceptance before any travel-planning services begin. These Terms do not replace the Terms and Conditions or independently impose travel-planning fees, cancellation charges, travel-risk waivers, or booking obligations. If these Terms conflict with the Terms and Conditions about travel services, the Terms and Conditions control.
Website descriptions, photographs, sample itineraries, promotions, and estimates are informational. They are not guarantees of availability, pricing, amenities, upgrades, results, or a particular travel experience. Supplier prices and conditions may change before confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after the applicable booking requirements have been met and confirmation has been issued.
Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, insurers, and other travel providers (“Suppliers”) provide their own products and services under their own terms. Our planning fees, if applicable, pay for our services, not Supplier products.
3. Forms, Inquiries, and Communications
You must provide accurate information and use only contact details you are authorized to provide. You are responsible for correcting errors and keeping relevant contact information current.
Our inquiry form is completed directly on the Site. Submissions are stored in the website database and sent to our designated agency email address, currently [email protected]. We may update the receiving agency email address or replace the website form with an embedded form from a travel customer relationship management (“CRM”) provider. Any such change will be reflected in our Privacy Policy as appropriate.
Do not submit passport details, birthdates, payment-card information, medical information, passwords, or other sensitive information through general website forms. If sensitive information is needed for travel services, contact us for the appropriate submission method.
Submitting a form does not guarantee receipt, a response within a particular time, or availability of services. Do not use a website form for an urgent travel issue or emergency.
Contact the relevant Supplier, emergency service, or the support contact provided in your travel documents.
Accepting these Terms, submitting an inquiry, or scheduling a consultation does not itself constitute consent to promotional text messages or enrollment in a newsletter. If we offer promotional email subscriptions or a text-message program, the applicable enrollment, consent, and opt-out disclosures will be provided separately. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
If using a chat feature on the Site, do not use it to submit sensitive information or report an emergency. Any applicable third-party terms and privacy disclosures will apply to that feature.
4. Privacy and Website Technology
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information: https://1313travelco.com/privacy-policy. These Terms do not replace that policy or create consent to data practices for which separate consent is required.
The Site is hosted by HostGator on a shared server in the United States. Website delivery may involve technical connection information and server logs, such as IP addresses and browser information. Website forms and service providers may also process information to operate and support the Site. Do not assume that information entered into a third-party feature remains solely with 1313 Travel Co.
The Site uses essential cookies for functions such as security, administrator sessions, and saving cookie preferences. Marketing and analytics tools are not planned for launch. If nonessential cookies or tracking tools are added, applicable disclosures and consent choices will be provided through our Privacy Policy and cookie controls. Where consent is required, nonessential cookies will not be enabled unless you consent.
Form submissions remain in the website database until deleted by the Site owner. You may request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Deletion requests are addressed under our Privacy Policy and applicable law; hosting logs and backups are managed separately under the hosting provider’s retention practices.
We do not sell Site visitor data. Limited service providers may receive information needed to host, operate, maintain, or support the Site. Third-party websites linked from the Site collect information under their own policies.
We do not promise that internet transmissions, email, or the Site will be completely secure or free of unauthorized access. You are responsible for using a secure device and connection and protecting your own credentials.
5. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may access and use the Site for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes related to learning about or requesting our services. You may not:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or misleading purposes.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.
- Submit spam, malicious code, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, systems, or data, or interfere with their operation or security.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect Site content or visitor information through automated tools without our written permission.
- Copy, sell, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without permission, except as expressly permitted by law.
- Remove ownership notices, falsely suggest our endorsement, or use our branding to mislead others.
We may restrict access, reject submissions, or remove content when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect the Site, or maintain its operation.
6. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The Site’s text, photographs, graphics, code, design, branding, and other materials belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We make these materials available only to the extent of our ownership or permission to use them. No ownership rights transfer to you through use of the Site.
You may view the Site and save or print limited portions for your personal travel-planning reference, provided you keep ownership notices intact. Other uses require prior written permission from us. Supplier names, logos, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not grant you a license to use them or establish ownership, operation, or endorsement of our Site by those parties.
7. Your Submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other rights.
For reviews, testimonials, photographs, suggestions, or other content you expressly submit for public display, promotional use, or as nonconfidential feedback (“Public Submissions”), you grant 1313 Travel Company, LLC a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from that content in any media for operating, improving, and promoting our business. This license continues after you stop using the Site.
This public-use license does not apply to private inquiries, traveler records, sensitive information, or photographs sent solely to help us arrange travel. Those materials are handled for their intended service purpose and under our Privacy Policy. We will not treat a private submission as a public testimonial merely because you sent it through the Site.
We are not required to publish submissions or compensate you for unsolicited suggestions. Do not send material subject to a confidentiality obligation unless we have separately agreed to receive it on that basis.
8. Third-Party Links, Tools, and Platforms
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or features. These may include a link to Calendly for appointment scheduling. Calendly is a scheduling service; scheduling an appointment through it does not confirm a travel booking with us.
If we add embedded CRM forms, chat features, Supplier links, or booking platforms, those services may be operated by third parties, even if they display our branding. Branding, a referral link, or assistance accessing a platform does not mean that we own or operate that platform or provide its underlying products.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, payment rules, and cancellation procedures, as applicable. Review those terms and identify the actual operator, Supplier, and payee before providing information, authorizing payment, or making a booking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1313 Travel Co. does not control and is not responsible for independently operated third-party websites, links, platforms, security practices, content, availability, pricing errors, payment processing, or bookings made through them. We do not guarantee their accuracy, reliability, or performance. A link or embedded feature is not a guarantee or endorsement of every statement, product, or service offered by that third party.
Questions about a third-party appointment, charge, refund, cancellation, or service should be directed to the relevant operator or Supplier. Any assistance we offer does not make us responsible for that party’s obligations. Our own expressly agreed travel-planning services remain governed by the Terms and Conditions.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. Where acceptance of revised Terms is required, we will present them for acceptance.
13. Questions and Disputes
If you believe there is a problem involving the Site, please contact us in writing at [email protected], describe the issue, and provide relevant supporting information so we can review it.

14. General Terms
These Terms govern website use only and do not replace the Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions, or applicable Supplier terms. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent they can operate independently. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, or agency relationship between you and 1313 Travel Co.
